3-Level Clean - Technique Primer


Here’s a good technique primer if your cleans crash.
 
Do 3 full cleans in a row, racking the first one relatively high, and then each subsequent rep lower.
 
The goal is to rack the bar smoothly each time by adjusting how hard you pull, but always turning it over quickly and precisely.
 
If needed while you learn, you can do the first 2 reps as power cleans followed by a squat.
 
Do a few sets around 40-60% to warm up for your cleans.
